Michael Miceli
Michael Miceli’s practice focuses on development, redevelopment, zoning, land use, planning, and related permitting issues. He has represented clients on land development and variance applications before several planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey on restaurant, retail, hospital, condominium, industrial, and warehouse projects. He has experience drafting all types of documents associated with such applications, including resolutions, deeds, easements, and developer agreements.Mr. Miceli has been involved in all aspects of zoning and land use litigation matters, including legal research and drafting of complaints, answers, motion papers, and briefs. Mr. Miceli has experience dealing with zone changes, highway access, sewer/water connection, and other permitting issues, as well as municipal law, redevelopment, and condemnation issues.
Before joining Gibbons, Mr. Miceli was an associate at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and a member of the City of Bayonne Zoning Board of Adjustment. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a professional actor and appeared in several theatrical, television, and radio performances.
