Andrew M. Grodin

Andrew Grodin focuses his practice on intellectual property law and has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation from pre-complaint activities through appeal. Mr. Grodin has been involved in litigations involving telecommunications, computer networking, personal tracking systems, consumer products and pharmaceuticals.

As an attorney registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Grodin has also written and prosecuted patent applications and reexamination applications on a variety of technologies including computer hardware and software, biomedical devices, and other mechanical apparatuses. He regularly counsels clients on a variety of IP issues and has written opinions on infringement and validity.

Prior to joining Gibbons, he worked at Fitzpatrick Cella where he also practiced intellectual property law and patent prosecution.
