Robert D. Brown, Jr.

Robert D. Brown, Jr. devotes the majority of his practice to products liability, mass tort and general casualty litigation. Mr. Brown has experience in defending a broad range of products liability actions including claims involving the design and manufacture of heavy equipment, automobiles and their component parts, recreational vehicles and household furniture. Mr. Brown also handles the defense of asbestos related mass tort claims as well as general casualty claims on behalf of commercial premises owners and independent contractors.

In addition, he has been involved in the handling of third-party and first party insurance coverage litigation as well as general commercial matters stemming from contract disputes and real property claims.

Mr. Brown practices in the state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
