Paul J. St. Onge

Paul J. St. Onge has broad based public and private sector experience. Mr. St. Onge served as a senior advisor to Governor James E. McGreevey's Transition Team assisting with matters relating to New Jersey's independent authorities and the New Jersey Department of the Treasury.

In the public sector, Mr. St. Onge has held a number of senior level positions including serving as Special Assistant to the New Jersey State Treasurer where he coordinated approximately $200 million in state investment transactions. Mr. St. Onge also served as Assistant Director of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

During his tenure with the State of New Jersey and the NJEDA, Mr. St. Onge helped to negotiate and structure several major public-private development projects including the GE Camden Aerospace Complex (now known as L-3 Communications East) and the Blockbuster-Sony Music Entertainment Center (now known as The Tweeter Center). He also worked on the development of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Atlantic City Convention Center, Mercer County Waterfront Park, and the overall redevelopment plan for the Camden waterfront. Mr. St. Onge also served as the State Treasurer's designee to the boards of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, the New Jersey Urban Development Corporation, the South Jersey Port Corporation, and the NJEDA.

Mr. St. Onge also served as Special Projects Director in the Washington D.C. Senate office of Bill Bradley, former U.S. Senator and Presidential candidate. More recently, Mr. St. Onge has served as an executive of an investment banking firm, and as in-house legal counsel for an Internet marketing company that provided services to professional and trade associations.
