Susanne Peticolas
Susanne Peticolas handles general commercial litigation, environmental litigation and toxic tort litigation. Ms. Peticolas represents clients in Superfund cases as well as in companion personal injury and property damage matters. Ms. Peticolas also has extensive regulatory experience before administrative boards and agencies on air, hazardous waste, water and noise pollution matters. She counsels clients on general regulatory compliance questions, including issues relating to RCRA, TSCA, OSHA and reporting requirements under the New Jersey Spill Act and other environmental statutes and regulations.Education
