John H. Klock

John Klock is a certified trial lawyer who has tried many environmental and construction cases. He has tried or arbitrated over 53 matters to conclusion including 18 jury trials. He does contract drafting for remediation contracts as well as other complicated construction projects. He has handled matters for clients in a number of states, including Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Maryland, Oklahoma, Lousiana, Michigan, Texas and New York. He has represented clients before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Environmental Protection Agency in many types of administrative actions. For a number of years, Mr. Klock has been designated as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the Construction Surety area; by Best Lawyers in America as an environmental attorney and by Chambers USA as an environmental attorney. His work in the environmental transactional area includes wetlands, TSCA, RCRA, CWA, CERCLA, CAA, FIFRA and OSHA issues. He has counseled clients through site remediation in a number of states as well as CERCLA remediation projects.
