Mr. Fuscaldo leads the Philadelphia office real estate practice. A former chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Real Property Section, Mr. Fuscaldo possesses a widely varied skill set and a wealth of experience and focuses his practice in the areas of land use and zoning, transactional real estate, and leasing. Selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers® for real estate, Mr. Fuscaldo's dedication to his clients and enthusiasm and commitment in helping them achieve their goals has resulted in a legacy of successful results.


As a land use and zoning attorney, Mr. Fuscaldo has represented clients in more than 100 municipalities in the Greater Philadelphia region, gaining approvals for almost any kind of project imaginable, including residential developments, warehouses, parking garages, grocery stores, museums, retail stores, veterinary hospitals, restaurants, office complexes, telecommunication towers, and car dealerships. He performs zoning due diligence investigations and assists clients in the negotiation of easement agreements, license agreements, restrictive covenants, and myriad other agreements which arise during the development process.  

In his transactional real estate practice, Mr. Fuscaldo has helped clients purchase and sell properties from office buildings to ski resorts, mixed-use buildings to multi-property portfolios, and undeveloped tracts of land for new projects. He represents clients with the financing and refinancing of their property and projects.

Mr. Fuscaldo's leasing practice extends to representation of both landlords and tenants, and ranges from a new company’s initial office lease to the headquarters lease of an international corporation.
