Susan L. Nardone, a Director in the Employment Law Group, will serve as a panelist at the Gibbons Women’s Initiative event, “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly – Performance Management & Terminations.”

With employee harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims on the rise, employers worry that legitimate, business-related decisions regarding current employees can lead to costly and time-consuming claims. Through a discussion of real life examples, our experienced panel will address an employer’s essential performance management responsibilities, review the repercussions of less effective techniques, and explore involuntary employee terminations.
