The typical redevelopment model in New Jersey has focused on multi-family and high-rise developments with a retail component. While this model continues to work well in urban areas, specifically with those accessible to mass transit, other properties are not well-suited or adequately prepared for this type of redevelopment. This seminar explores alternative uses that can be catalysts for redevelopment.

Panelists will address redevelopment strategies specific to:
