Gibbons P.C. has ranked 6th for pro bono and 23rd for diversity nationwide on the 2015 Vault survey. The rankings are based on the results of Vault’s annual survey, administered nationwide to nearly 17,000 law firm associates, who rate firms in a variety of areas including pro bono, diversity, and culture.

The 25 best law firms for overall diversity were highly rated by associates for their commitment to hiring, retaining, and promoting diverse attorneys. In the diversity category, Gibbons also ranked 6th for women, 19th for minorities, and 22nd for individuals with disabilities.

According to the survey, “even as Gibbons grows, it hasn’t forgotten about the attorneys who have helped make the firm a success.” The firm’s work/life balance, the high-level and varied work, and mentorship by well-known legal professionals were some of the other highlights noted in the associates’ survey responses.

“These rankings reflect the outstanding efforts of our attorneys and their contributions to our Gibbons Diversity Initiative, Gibbons Women’s Initiative, Gibbons Cares, and Gibbons Fellowship and pro bono programs,” stated Patrick C. Dunican Jr., Chairman and Managing Director of Gibbons. “These programs and ideals are an integral part of our culture.”
