Gibbons P.C. has once again earned a place on the annual Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers list of the “50 Best Law Firms for Women.” Gibbons is one of only six firms to be named to this list every year it has been published since 2007. This list recognizes law firms that lead the industry with initiatives focused on the hiring, retention, and promotion of women.

Of Gibbons, the publication notes:

In support of attorneys with kids, this firm provides generous parental leave, indefinite access to reduced schedules, backup childcare, free health-advocacy services and an employee-assistance program. Formal mentoring and leadership education aid women.

“Gibbons is committed to the professional advancement of women both within and outside the firm and our talented women attorneys play an integral role in our success,” stated Patrick C. Dunican Jr., Chairman and Managing Director of Gibbons. “We are very proud that Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers have once again recognized our efforts.”

The full list of the law firms selected this year can be viewed here and is also featured in the magazine’s August/September issue.
