“This honor is a testament to the incredibly dedicated and talented employees who make our firm great,” said Patrick C. Dunican Jr., Chairman and Managing Director of Gibbons. “The satisfaction of our employees ensures our clients continue to receive the best level of service.”

Gibbons has been recognized as a great workplace by various other organizations, most recently appearing on the NJBIZ “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” for the 11th consecutive year. In addition, the firm was the only New Jersey company selected to the 2008 “Best Places to Work in America” list by the Society for Human Resources Management and Great Place to Work Institute, and has been named one of the best places to work in New York City and Pennsylvania by such publications as Crain’s New York Business, Central Penn Business Journal, and Philadelphia Business Journal.

“We applaud Gibbons P.C. for seeking certification and releasing its employees’ feedback,” said Kim Peters, Vice President of Great Place to Work’s Recognition Program. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace – critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with Gibbons P.C. should take into account as an indicator of high performance.”
