At this Gibbons Academy presentation, the panelists will focus on new developments and best practices in the rapidly changing e-discovery universe, with special emphasis placed on decisions and issues facing attorneys practicing in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Participants will gain an understanding of current judicial attitudes on critical issues including ESI preservation and collection methodologies. Panelists will also discuss review strategies, such as predictive coding.
