Speaker, New Jersey State Bar Association, Supreme Court Committee on Attorney Ethics and Admissions, "Public Hearing on the ABA Amendments to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct," Atlantic City, NJ

Chief Justice Zazzali, Of Counsel to the Gibbons Business & Commercial Litigation Group, will serve as a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association 2014 Annual Conference & Meeting. Chief Justice Zazzali’s panel, “Public Hearing on the ABA Amendments to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct,” will take place at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 15, at the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ.

This panel will be a public hearing to review the recent American Bar Association amendments to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and determine whether RPC’s and standards for admission to practice should similarly be revised to address advances in technology and global legal practice developments.
